Victaulic's second building in Brampton

Victaulic is a global manufacturer of mechanical pipe jointing methods (fittings & couplings), flow control and fire protection systems and is the inventor of the grooved pipe coupling.In 2019/2020, Condor Properties designed and constructed a 140,400 square foot building for Victaulic's Canadian Head office in Brampton, at 500 Deerhurst Drive.Shortly after the lease was signed, Victaulic realized they needed more space and entered into another design/build lease with Condor Properties on adjacent lands. Victaulic's second building at 465 Deerhurst Drive in Brampton, is 36,700 square feet and was completed in April 2021.
