On June 1, 2013, Dynamic Tire, a leading distributor of several tire brands (Sailun, Aeolus, Primex, Galaxy, Triangle, Sumitomo Tire and Runway) among others, took possession of their brand new 275,000 square foot design build facility on Huntington Road in Vaughan Ontario. This complex which took Condor Properties just over eight (8) months to build was ideal for Dynamic for several reasons. It gives them the ability to expand at a future point in time while also giving them several transportation access points in very close proximity (HWY 427, 407, 401) for which to distribute their tire brands across Canada and the USA. The facility which is made up of 255,000 sq feet of warehousing and 20,000 sq feet of office space will be used to provide tire wholesalers and retailers across Canada and the USA a broad range of products and services that meet the needs and demands of various markets.
