A New Head Office for Yum! Brands, Inc

Condor Properties Inc., is pleased to announce that it has been chosen to build a new Canadian head office for Yum! Brands Inc, the world’s largest restaurant company in terms of system units. Yum! has more than 37,000 restaurants in 117 countries and owns the Pizza Hut, Taco Bell and KFC brands.The new 4-floor building, located at 191 Creditview Road in Vaughan with prominent exposure to Hwy 400 and quick access to both Hwy’s 400 and 407, is slated to be complete by the fall of 2013. There will be up to 30,400 square feet of leasable space in addition to the 2 floors occupied by Yum! All tenants will have ample parking (some underground) thanks to a ratio of 3.4 spots per 100 square feet of office space.
