Condor Properties is pleased to announce the addition of Nimlok – A leader in dynamic display solutions for marketing and advertising - to our family of tenant clients. At Condor, we possess a combination of desirable locations and a history of constructing new design-build premises for brands seeking to partner with an experienced development team that knows what it takes to meet the office, warehousing and manufacturing space needs of large companies in the GTA. Nimlok’s new site at 220 Markland Street in Markham will be no different. We have allocated 55,000 square feet for their brand, which will work magnificently to meet their manufacturing needs. Currently 24,500 square feet remain for lease at this upcoming multi-tenant building.
