New Head Office and Warehouse for State Window Corporation

AUGUST 2017 - Condor Properties newest undertaking is the construction of the head office and warehouse for State Window Corporation. State Windows Corporation offers complete design, engineering, manufacturing and installation of custom window wall systems. Through innovation and a relentless passion for completing jobs when promised, they are thriving in today’s ever-changing global environment. Condor Properties is proud to be building the large facility, which is to be located at 220 Hunter’s Valley Road in Vaughan. The groundbreaking ceremony was held on July 26th, and construction is scheduled for completion in May of 2018.
