Brand New Canadian Corporate Headquarters For YUM!

YUM! is the world’s largest restaurant company, in terms of system units. They have more than 37,000 restaurants under the KFC, Pizza Hut and Taco Bell brands across 117 countries.On September 16th, 2013, twelve months after the ground-breaking ceremony, Condor Properties proudly presented YUM! their brand new Canadian corporate headquarters, located on 191 Creditview Road in Vaughan. Condor Properties custom designed the beautiful 4-floor building where the YUM! logo proudly and prominently faces HWY 400. YUM! will occupy the first and second floors with state of the art test kitchens, real life marketing boards and restaurant support centre staff. From the moment you walk into the front doors, you know where you are. Sleek, contemporary white furniture with hints of red, ensure that you remember the YUM! brand. In keeping with the industry-leading features of this building, Condor is currently in the process of having the building LEED certified.
